New to exercise? then this is the class for you. In this class we teach you the basics in proper form and movement with all our exercises, moving at your pace to master each exercise making you feel more confident in the gym environment!. Starting from the bottom and building you up, preparing you for intense training in the future if you so wish. This goes without saying its not just knowledge you will be acquiring but the benefits of a calorie burn and toning session!
