Service Description

Bootcamp runs every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm for one hour. Our group sessions are fast paced HIIT sessions with weights in the private studio at Custom Fitness Woolston. Our sessions will ensure you have a total body workout and are always filled with good humour and lots of banter. The creative, instructor led workouts, will ensure you never get bored! It doesn’t matter if you’re an expert or a beginner because everyone is welcome.
